2021年1月21日，美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）投票決定對特定電氣連接器和保持架及其組件和下游產品（Certain Electrical Connectors and Cages, Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same）啟動337調查（調查編碼：337-TA-1241）。
2020年12月18日，美國Amphenol Corp. of Wallingford, CT向美國ITC提出337立案調查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產品侵犯了其專利權（美國注冊專利號7,371,117、8,371,875、8,864,521、9,705,255、10,381,767），請求美國ITC發布有限排除令、禁止令。

美國國際貿易委員會將于立案后45天內確定調查結束期。除美國貿易代表基于政策原因否決的情況外，美國國際貿易委員會在337案件中發布的救濟令自發布之日生效并于發布之日后的第60日起具有終局效力。
